When you submit an expression of interest, we collect:

• Personal details: name, email address, mobile/WhatsApp number, nationality, country of residence, city
• Professional details: current occupation, years of experience, education level, skills, languages, English proficiency
• Travel and relocation details: passport validity, willingness to relocate, desired start date, international work experience
• Documents: your uploaded CV/resume
• Marketing and advertising attribution: source campaign, ad identifiers, and UTM parameters from the link you used to reach this page

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Assess your suitability for employment opportunities
• Contact you about relevant job opportunities
• Share your profile with prospective employers in the UAE and GCC region
• Track the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns (using aggregated, anonymised analytics)

If you provide separate marketing consent, we may also send you information about international relocation resources and future opportunities. Marketing consent is optional and does not affect your application.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in our recruitment database. Access is restricted to authorised Chelsea Recruits personnel and is limited by operating company and role. Your CV is stored as a document linked to your candidate profile.

5. Data Sharing

We share your profile and CV with prospective employers for the purpose of job matching. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Advertising attribution data is used internally to measure campaign performance and is not shared with advertisers in a way that identifies you personally.

6. Analytics Tracking

We use server-side analytics to track page views and application events (such as landing page views and form submissions). This tracking does not place cookies on your device. Non-essential analytics tracking on the public application page only occurs after you provide consent via the consent banner. Essential application processing occurs regardless of analytics consent.

7. Third-Party Services

After submitting your application, you may be offered the option to visit AbroadFit, an independent third-party service. AbroadFit is not operated by Chelsea Recruits. Using or purchasing any AbroadFit product is not required for recruitment and does not affect your eligibility or consideration for employment. Any data you provide to AbroadFit is governed by AbroadFit's own privacy policy.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting Chelsea Recruits. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting your application.

No purchase is required to apply. Using any third-party service does not affect your eligibility or consideration for employment.
