Eligibility Requirements

Jamaican or Caribbean national holding a valid passport
Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in your stated sector
A recognised qualification or strong work experience — a degree or diploma is required for healthcare (clinical) and teaching roles; 2+ years of hands-on experience is accepted for hospitality, retail and support roles
Genuine commitment to an international placement of 12 months or more
Clean police record clearance, less than 6 months old at deployment
Available to complete professional preparation within 4–6 weeks of acceptance
Eligible to travel and work internationally
